Coffee Mugs

Every one of you out there with one or more imprinted coffee mugs either at home or in the office, raise your hands. Anybody? Well, we can’t really see how many of you are out there raising your hands (and perhaps feeling just a tad bit silly), but one thing is for sure: almost everyone has one of these ubiquitous coffee mugs knocking around in the cupboard, kitchen, cup rack or desk somewhere. Found everywhere from college dorms–where you might find a couple of college team coffee mugs–to corporate board rooms of high-powered, Fortune 500 companies all over the world, imprinted coffee mugs are one of the most common implements in today’s modern world.

There is a reason why these types of mugs can be found almost everywhere you go. Aside from being tremendously useful for its primary purpose–which is to hold coffee–they also make great personalized gifts or corporate giveaways, simply because of what is printed on them.

Some of the biggest buyers of imprinted coffee mugs are businesses of all sizes that need something to give away to their clients, valued regulars and even potential customers that will remind them of the company each time they take a sip of their favorite brew. After all, imprinted coffee mugs are some of the most subtle yet effective promotional materials around. Think about it: most people have their mugs in front of them for several hours, and anything that is written or printed on them will be seen and read repeatedly dozens of times in a single day. That is a lot of free advertising right there, and plenty of companies are only to happy to have that opportunity to draw in a potential clients that may likely result in a sale down the road. That is the nature of advertising and imprinted coffee mugs are turning out to be quite effective tools for that very purpose.

Beyond the marketing purposes, these types of coffee mugs also later on find life as something of collector’s items. Mugs that have something to do with sporting events such as NFL coffee mugs or even ones that have a long history or cultural legacy attached to them such as Harley Davidson collectible coffee mugs have the potential to become quite valuable memorabilia in their own right several years down the line. They may not be worth very much right now, but there is no telling what prices they will fetch on the collector’s market in the future. Right now their value may only be a few dollars, but that could easily jump up to several hundred dollars if they are rare enough and in good enough condition.

So if you have a few of those hard to find imprinted coffee mugs hanging around your house or office, you would do well to take care of them in case they are worth anything in the future!
