Cup Of Coffee Becomes Defensive Weapon

A Canadian woman used her head and her coffee when faced with a carjacking the past week.

The Winnipeg woman was on her way to work and drinking coffee as she drove. Seems she stopped for a red light and a man with a hunting knife opened her car door. He told her to get out of the car.

The woman leaned on the horn and started screaming. Evidently she took some thought and flung her cup of hot coffee directly at the thief.

The man ran and the woman was safe, the car was not stolen. The woman was later treated at local hospital for a cut on her thumb from the attackers knife.

Sound like the woman's coffee was an aid in many ways. The coffee kept her alert and then was a great defensive weapon. According to CBS Canada the woman has been nicknamed "Ninja Nanny" by her grandchild.
