Flavoured Coffees And Bananas Foster

I never thought I'd find myself actually making a flavoured coffee in the morning and liking it. As a member of the monthly Boca Java club I thought I'd buy some flavoured coffees for company and an after dinner treat instead of dessert.

Well this morning obviously I was sleepier than I thought, the other night I was finishing a project for a client. I started the coffee without looking.

And to my surprise I was drinking Bananas Foster coffee. I have to admit it was a pleasant surprise. The Bananas Foster is a light roast coffee which is not a usual choice for my morning coffee start.

But it was nice being greeted with the fragrance of the cinnamon and brandy. The bananas were there but not obvious. The surprise came with the smooth taste like a cappucino but without the added milk or sugar. Definitely a taste treat for those who are dieting or those who just want to be nice to themselves. Guess it is true their coffee tastes as good as it smells.

Definitely not going to just save this for company and dinner. The taste was a lift for the rest of the day.
