And the grocery store shelves are showing new brands and more gourmet store's brands. Coffee sales rose 11% in 2007 to reach $39.5 billion. (According to Packaged Facts a foodservice and retail channel industry advisor)
If you're in the market their report covers consumption trends, health and wellness benefits and competition-the price is $3,850 US. I'll wait for the info to come out in the news.

At the stores here in San Antonio, I'm finding more and more choices. It's not the same as fresh roasted but it's better than freeze dried "coffee". I have to put it in quotes. Sometimes the only way I know it's coffee is the label.
What's showing up on the shelves of your grocery store? More choices, fewer choices or the same old?
